Travel has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Originally from Kenya, I spent 14 years living and working in Japan before making the United States my home five years ago. Living across different cultures has given me a deep appreciation for the world, its people and the experiences that make travel so rewarding.

Having travelled internationally and explored new destinations with my own family, I know that the best trips aren't always about how far you go or how much you spend. Sometimes, it's discovering a hidden gem, trying something new, immersing yourself in a different culture or watching your children's eyes light up as they experience something for the first time.
